Benefits are good: 99% paid medical for you and family, 100% vision and dental, 15 days PTO, 5 days sick leave, 2 week paid shutdown during Christmas holiday, 401K (but no match), pet insurance discount, employee discount program, annual bonus. There has been a lot of changes since last year and there is more direction from top management. Can see company is trying to incorporate employee suggestions and provide better structure and directions. It is a start up so mistakes have been made along the way. Culture is ok and still start up feel. Employees are friendly and able to work with each other. It's pet friendly which is nice. Have seen employees given opportunity for growth and promotions which is nice. If you are a person that likes to take initiative and given independence (without micromanaging) and able to handle a fast paced environment, then this place is for you. Technology is great and hopefully is the future. A lot of interest in the market for their technology. Most diverse place I have worked. There is variety of ages and races employed at Fluxergy including management team.
Minpunten
Salary is just below or at market. Company is not profitable yet so it makes sense they aren't paying the same as the big guys. It would be nice to have 401K match. Management can use training to improve on communication and managing a team but you can see that they are trying. Not everyone can handle fast paced and constantly changing environment. Fluxergy does move fast on product releases but I can understand they are trying to make more of a mark in the industry.
