If you love to be overworked and underpaid, then this is the place for you! The company has no sense of culture at work and thinks putting plants everywhere will make working really long hours worth it... You can also forget about having an opinion if “Director” isn’t in your title. Most of the managers lack key people leader skills, specifically patience and empathy. Working here has been so toxic to my life that even my friends and family were excited that I left. Just don’t waste your time, talent, and energy here.
