Pluspunten
The hours are great. For the most part you will not work past 6 pm and the office has short days at times with Saturdays being appointment only days. There's only one manager running all three locations so you don't have to worry about them hoovering over you. You do get a pair of free lenses when you work there for 4 months.
Minpunten
The pay isn't that great for the amount of work they expect out of you. They are highly unorganized. You are expected to work out of all 3 locations and communication is poor. Your training is a joke, you are handed a few sheets and you are pretty much are left to figure out a lot of things by asking your other co workers or trial and error. Lunches are only 30 mins and with the offices being so busy and understaffed breaks are unheard of. With there only being one manager support is lacking when patient issues arise. No medical/dental benefits. There is a constant revolving door because you feel so overwhelmed by the work that's expected. Pay is between $11-12.50
