      Could be a great place to work.

      Minpunten

      Old outdated equipment that often misses the "precision" mark. Disorganized and complete disarray of production management. Lack of clear cut leadership. 60-70 hour work weeks, making up for constant mistakes during production. Racing from one self induced crisis to the next as each deadline approaches. Low payscale for the amount of skills required. Employee Owned is nothing more than profit/loss sharing.

      Competitive pay. Family environment. Everyone helps one another. Management is very helpful with your concerns. If you get less than 40 hrs it's your own fault .

      Really can't think of any unless you don't like working.

      Employee owned, decent enough benefits

      Bad management styles, elevating people with bad attitudes creates bad work environment for those under them. Some unreasonable people who can't have a normal conversation. One in particular that everyone knows about. Pay is not very competitive and they act like they CAN'T pay more when everyone else does. Like somehow they have some special unique situation that keeps them from having competitive pay.
