The list of cons can go on for days but the negative reviews you see on here are 1000% accurate. A healthy company culture doesn’t exist here. The amount of gossip that went on during my time there was mind blowing. I constantly left the office feeling defeated and don’t bother relying on Brandy for support because she has her favorites and will back them up even if they are the nastiest employees she has. The culprits still work there and haven’t left for years because she fully approves of their negative behavior. This job cost me so much anxiety for incredibly little pay. You feel like you’re in high school all over again. If Ryan ran day to day I could see it being better but that’s not the case. The PR industry in Austin is quite small and several other PR leaders also notice Brandy’s behavior which says something.
