The biggest issue is the constantly unstable management. Policies, expectations, and priorities change week to week depending on who’s in charge that day, which creates a chaotic and stressful environment. Managers regularly contradict each other, leaving employees confused and often blamed for following the “wrong” direction.
Communication is poor at best. Important information is either last-minute or never shared at all, yet staff are still held accountable when things inevitably go wrong. Training is minimal, and employees are expected to perform at a high level without the tools or guidance needed to succeed.
Morale is extremely low due to favoritism, inconsistent scheduling, and a lack of respect for employees’ time and effort. Constructive feedback is rare, while criticism is frequent and often delivered unprofessionally. Turnover is high, which speaks volumes about the work environment.
