As stated before if you have a kid they work with you but if you don't be prepared to make up work for everyone else that gets to leave, including unpaid weekends. The company has also taken to using the carrot on a stick form of compensation. Most people are well under paid with the promise of a great Christmas bonus and gift. Which (if you make it to Christmas) is true, but its a long year to get to that end. The new building seems great but is no way near the point of having occupation. The company seemed to use some shady business practices to get moved in, sacrificing safety. CEO also likes to use the company as a daycare. I don't mind anyone bringing kids to work. It's actually really fun, but if you are not sprinting to watch or help the CEO's kids you will be in trouble.
