Management creates a toxic and retaliatory work environment. Employees get bullied and are chastised for asking questions or seeking guidance. If your suggestion or question is acknowledged, don't expect follow through. You will be made to feel that your opinions and comments don't matter. If you challenge the status quo, you will be singled out. Favoritism, conflicts of interest and complacency run rampant, which ultimately harms the individuals in services. For an organization that prides itself on Person Centered Thinking, the people at the top only apply it when it's beneficial to them. Employee and client satisfaction is not a priority. Overall a very dysfunctional organization with no framework for running operations or providing services in the time of covid. They give the impression that they either don't know how or don't care to operate efficiently in the new modern era.
