Pluspunten
This is the company where I started my career and learnt a lot. Exactly after an year this is the same company where I didn't wanted to work and that's only because of the management. There are no pros now until and unless you are ready to blindly obey the orders of the manager as well as the management and don't question them.
Minpunten
1- Almost all the employees resigned within 2 months when the new management came in action. 2 - The manger will help you a lot only if you are ready to blindly obey his orders. Even you would be awarded with "Employee of the month, Rising Star, Shining star and other perks if you agree to whatever he says". 3 - If you don't obey to the management's sillly decisions and give your suggestions you would be treated like a slave and even none of your leaves would be approved. 4- On false commitments (on site opportunities and work from home ) and fake policies you would asked to join and once you join you would see their real face. 5- Around 25 people have resigned from the organisation satrting from senior level people like MD, Solution Architect, Team Lead, Senior developer to developers and junior developers. Even the office boy left the office when he was abused by the manager. 6 - The manager has been given the right to use filthy languages to the employees on the floor. 7 - This is an IT company but the culture here is now of an BPO. You are asked to be seated at your workstation for 8 hours but your productivity is never counted. The reason is because the current manager is from a BPO. 8 - If you are not on your seat or you have gone to the washroom, you would be informed on regular intervals that the CEO is seing the CCTV and pinning that why you are not on the seat. 9 - This organisation was once a gem where employees were appreciated for their efforts and even supported but now the case has totally changed. 10 - You are asked to give Documentation and Knowledge Transfer of your work done within your notice period but at the same time the experience letter and F&F is done after 100 days. When you call the manager, the reply is that he has not received the approval from senior management.
