Pluspunten
I absolutely love the company and would recommend it to anybody who wants to work here. Management is amazing. The work has real weight to it. The engineering culture is genuinely strong, people care about doing things right, and there's enough autonomy that if you see something that needs fixing you can actually fix it. I reorganized entire processes over my time there and nobody put up walls about it, they just wanted it done well. The teams are disciplined about communication. Smart people, meaningful product, real trust in the people doing the work.
