Definitely an environment where you need to pull your weight, but expectations are clear on what is required. Senior management is engaged at all levels of business, and junior/entry level employees have a lot of transparency and exposure to the company operations from day 1. I have felt consistently supported in terms of continuing education/skill development, project resources, and individual needs. Staffing and growth is conservative, but with the benefit of stability and predictability as a result. They prefer to grow talent internally and there are always opportunities to move vertically and/or horizontally depending on your aptitudes and desires. The campus has multiple offices and appropriate spaces for the different types of employees who work onsite, as well as being close to a few restaurants, cafes, dentists, doctors, etc. Desks are sit/stand, Herman Miller seating—quality stuff. If you have to travel for client visits, they cover travel expenses and book great accommodations for extended stays. ForeFront also covers travel for remote employees visiting for events or otherwise. At least two all-company events per year. I always feel I have a good sense of the company's direction after these events.
