The company is 25 years old and can draw on so many past experiences (successes and failures) to bring value to their customers. Their resources are always working on new skills and certifications to stay current with technology. On top of doing great work for their customers, ForeFront is a family run business and makes every employee feel a part of the family. Even being remote and not getting to physically be with the team every day, I felt heard and that my work and opinion mattered.

Would have loved to meet the whole FF family, but I came on just after their yearly kickoff powwow. Remote work is the way of the world now, but getting everyone together is always good for team building - the ROI is hard to see on paper, but it's there.

Be aware of consulting - you do have to track your hours as such, you will have multiple projects at once - be good at multi-tasking and task switching. Be open to learning new products and new industries you've never dealt with before and be seen as the expert on.
