Pluspunten
I was based in the London office and so I cant speak for the Ann Arbor or other offices. The London team is close knit and i think very good at what they do. The team are really open to requests and as long as you get your work done and to a high standard, then they are happy. Lovely group of people and everyone is keen to help out whenever possible.
Minpunten
The team had moved to a new office and it felt very sterile while i was there. I think they were planning for expansion and more clients but it didn't seem like that came and so there are a lot of empty desks and white walls. It wasn't the most fun environment to be in, but it did encourage hard work which was good to see. I also dont think Analysts are given the opportunity to push back on sales enough, and receiving a client which you cant do anything with as volume is low is a common thing. Finally, the synergy between the US and UK teams is far apart, with the London office sometimes feeling like they are out of the loop or never a priority.
