They do an excellent job of hiring accomplished bookworms. Great place to learn from if you're an up and coming software developer. They're excellent to use as a stepping stone to a more rewarding future else where in the tech industry.

High turn over rate (~50%+). Project management is non-existent. Lack an understanding of how to control clientele’s wishful thinking. You have to sell your idea to the ceo like it was his idea. Knowledge sharing across teams and personnel were not encouraged. If you like silence when working, then this is the place to be, it felt like working in a library.
