Pluspunten
- A lot of good and competent people from entry level to lower and mid management. - Some good people in upper management as well, though rumour mill is that this may not last. - Above average pay, however new employees are now offered lower rates.
Minpunten
- Too focused on short term outcomes, which makes sense to an extent in the current market, but not if the decisions hurt long term viability. - Upper management do not want to listen to employees and prefer to hire external consultants. - Rampant nepotism - this didn't use to be as much of an issue, until the last rounds of redundancies. Many senior leadership positions are now filled with people that have no experience in those areas whose original departments no longer exist, while the original department heads were pushed out, some deservedly, but mostly on the basis of nepotism.
