Minpunten
Very chaotic, with no cogent strategy or business plan (beyond 'Real zero by 2030'). If there is a cogent strategy it is not communicated by management. Management more focused on 'rah rah' motherhood statements. Have had three different managers in 5 months. Work priorities change daily. Incredible pressure to meet unclear deadlines which then change immediately after they have passed. Lots of really inexperienced people doing jobs they shouldn't with no support. Massive hiring push means we have more employees than companies who have actual operations and revenue. Can't keep paying all of us if we don't start doing some projects and making some money.... Pay is ok, but not great.
