No job security and a toxic work culture. Lots of strange behaviour, and everyone seems unhappy and tense. The organisation is aggressive to customers and over promises, then changes its mind and undelivers. Managers guard their territory and you're constantly told to stick to your swim lane. One of the worst experiences of my career.
