If you are a self starter and able to create your own day-to-day, this company is great! Flexible vacation policies allow you to request off whenever you need. Job role is flexible and balanced between working on tickets from Account Managers, training yourself, and training others on different products.

Minpunten

Sometimes things can be slow to change due to the hierarchy of internal positions. Stock has plummeted the past few quarters after each of our earnings calls.

- It "used to be" work life balance - great manager(only works if you work for the right guy)

- It used to be a visa-friendly, all of a sudden, the company decides to review everyone's visa extension without any further transparent notice. - Pay is way more lower than industry average. - It varies depends on team. Follow the right boss, you will be in heaven. Follow the wrong boss, you will enjoy "Chinese 996 management" - Old technical skillsets Don't come.
