looks like all the talented people already left the company. The existing Meru Managers/former employees do not know anything about the product.. If you know the domain.. you can rule here. flexible working hours. but,, lot of pressure on the new joinees.. because existing people do not know the product.
Minpunten
Managers put all the burden on the engineer.. and simply relax and looking for scape-goats.. least bothered about software process. Maintaining the existing product.. no encouragement to the new talent.
