Pluspunten

- The opportunities are open for everyone who puts in the effort - of course, you have to work hard to get a higher position or better pay. - Flexible working time - RSU and stock options are good as company stock keeps increasing these years.

Minpunten

- Almost all of the managers care about the project but the employee - If you don't get promoted, your standard salary increase is around 4%~6% per year, and it seems to happen only once per year - lack of management as other people say

Solid, stable, predictable. Most people are out of the office by 4 or 5 pm. Life is easy and expectations are low.

Minpunten

Little support for marketing. Fortinet has too many products and too many product lines - and every product owner is fighting for attention of sales. The company is firmly wedded to it's hardware roots. Fortinet has not invested in internal systems. Reporting is awkard and cumbersome, and adaption on enterprise AI is still a long ways off. There are no women in senior roles.
