The company motto is “Fortis One” and upper management definitely is focused on one thing and it’s not quality, it’s not customer service, and it’s definitely not employee morale. The one thing they do focus on is profit and growth. Employees feel like they are just a number, Pay is below industry standard for most positions and pay raises average 3% annually. Production employees frequently work 7 days a week. Customer satisfaction is low
