Pluspunten
I really can’t bring myself to say there are any pros. Health insurance is expensive and isn’t worth it. They force you to jump through hoops for it or they charge you extra money for it. Raises are a joke. Job security is a joke. Management is a joke. Ya honestly I have no pros for this company.
Minpunten
Company does not care nor respect its employees on a basic human level. There is little if any communication between any management and the employees. HR refuses to ever answer the simplest questions and when they do it’s provided incorrect which in turn screws over the employees. Management at the individual facilities play favorites and have their “pets,” which if you aren’t or don’t get along with them on a personal level, well you will be screwed over any which way they can. Raises are based on personal preferences not performance of the job. The company on a large scale is focused solely on buying more companies not in development of the ones they have obtained. This leaves the companies they have purchased stuck waiting for work, and the employees praying they can keep their jobs. All in all, this has been one of the worst companies i have had the misfortune of working for, and would never recommend them to anyone.
