They force everyone to act nice. They waited until after the 100 year anniversary/celebration of the Milwaukee masterlock factory before moving it to Mexico and Firing everyone. It's like Menudo.; all the people they "lay off" are over 50 and have health issues. They actually fired a terminally ill manager who died less than 5 months after he was let go. This is who they are.
