Pay is absolutely disgraceful — way below industry standards. You do the work of a senior for the pay of an intern. The culture is toxic and cliquish. People only stick to their own racial groups, making the workplace cold, segregated, and unfriendly. Most seniors are arrogant and unwilling to teach. You’re expected to “figure it out” with zero help, even if you have no audit background. Training is a joke. They dump a bunch of LMS modules on you and expect you to be ready for engagements. No real guidance, no practical onboarding — just chaos. Micromanagement is rampant. WFH is a privilege that depends entirely on your manager’s mood, not on trust or performance. And the worst part: they added a ridiculous clause recently — if you leave within a year (even during probation), you’re forced to pay three months of your own salary back to the company. This is an unfair bond that traps employees. It’s one-sided and exploitative. Employees should have the same right to evaluate the company as the company has to assess us during probation. This place does not value people — it only wants cheap labour that won’t complain or question. No respect, no support, no fairness.
