Pluspunten
The people here are genuinely kind, and there are definitely positives to the culture. The hybrid schedule is a great benefit, and perks like free snacks, coffee, and lunches during busy season are appreciated. The office environment itself is also pleasant and professional.
Minpunten
The position is labeled as administrative support, but much of the work involves high-level copyediting, proofreading, and formatting under extremely tight deadlines. Overtime is frequent and often expected with little advance notice, especially when projects arrive late in the day.
The pace and pressure can become emotionally draining over time, and it can be difficult to maintain work-life balance. Someone who thrives in a very high-intensity, deadline-driven environment may do well here, but for me the constant urgency and unpredictability made it hard to recharge outside of work
