Pluspunten
The culture, the way people communicate and work together are the things that attracted me about forward. It's been a year and a half and these things have kept me here. Every day brings a new enhancement or change in a process keeping you on your toes and always learning. Everyone in the company has one goal "Unlocking the capital that fuels small businesses across America" which is why all departments work so great together. Someone is always there to help or collaborate with you and the culture is not like any I have seen in my 20+ years of work experience. Looking Forward to many more to come (pun intended).

I can't really think of any cons but if I'd have to include anything.... Maybe throw in a couple more PTOs during the year. But that's just a plus, not a con .
