Founder Shield is unlike any other firm in the insurance industry. It's new and progressive, with a cool office space, youthful, friendly, and hardworking employees, a very fun atmosphere with lots of opportunities to befriend your coworkers, and lots of room to grow professionally and personally. That said, as fun as the place is anything but hard work is unacceptable. Employees are thrown straight into the fire on the first day, and are expected to take the initiative with their work right off the bat.

1) There are a lot of fun toys in the office that can be a distraction from time to time. 2) If you're not proactive with your work, don't take the initiative to make an impact, or simply don't have a strong work ethic, nobody is going to yell at you to get it together, you just won't be successful here and you will lose your job.
