I guess there was a paycheck at the end of the month... And some of the people on my team were nice.

Minpunten

High school drama. No professionalism. Horrendous managers. Treated like a replaceable piece of rubbish. This company 100% needs to employ robots because nothing humans do is ever good enough. You're asked to be quicker, then they say you're too fast and need to be slower... If you smash through the daily goals you're asked why you haven't done even more... I got actually depressed working here and would not wish the place on my worst enemy.

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Minpunten

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
