Thanks for your candid review. Working from home and meeting people all over the country (and even the world) are great benefits. Call center work can be particularly demanding, especially during peak seasons. We offer extensive training on how to work with those challenges, and education benefits which creates an atmosphere for room to grow. We conduct an annual survey to make sure that the associates voices are heard and to match or exceed the benefits that are important to Foundever employees. Although the lack of confidentially can be challenging, it is important to know the items to improve on specifically for certain roles.
