Pluspunten
Training opportunities and a lot of new jobs advertised. If you apply for a job and you're not successful after the interview, you get some feedback which is good to improve yourself.
Minpunten
The cons vary a lot between the different campaigns, markets and positions. For a customer service advisor position in all campaigns, you will be a slave of their timekeeping system where you have to punch in and out 8 times a day. Every single minute late is counted and your toilet time is also monitored. Sometimes, you will have an awkward conversation with your manager to explain while you exceeded your toilet time which is very humiliating. The salary is low regarding the skills they request and the unsociable working hours as some campaigns are open 24/7. It also happens very frequently to have last minutes changes on your schedule, the planning is rarely shared in advance which could be annoying for the work / life balance. They also have very restrictive policies: a dress code although customers can't see you as you work on the phone or via email, use of mobile phones only allowed in a very small canteen overcrowded at lunch times, internet use restricted on your computer which could be annoying to do your job sometimes. In case you need anything, be very patient. It can take a few weeks to get a new notepad or to have your computer fixed as there only 3 ITs on site for more than 500 employees.
