Foundever Lisbon is the worst company that I have worked with. The HR, the Managers, especially the Spanish speaking Managers working in English Market are the worst, incompetent and racists. If you are expert in lying, breaking the company rules and polluting the work place then you are a bets fit for Foundever Lisbon. The inadequacy of the HR team is evident in their inability to address employee concerns and grievances effectively. Instead of fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment, they seem to perpetuate an atmosphere of neglect and disregard for the well-being of the workforce. It's disconcerting to witness a department that should be a pillar of support fail so spectacularly in its role. The situation is exacerbated by the behavior of certain managers, especially those who are responsible for overseeing English-speaking teams. Their lack of proficiency in the language not only hinders effective communication but also leads to misunderstandings and a palpable sense of exclusion for non-Spanish-speaking employees. This language barrier has become a breeding ground for mismanagement, where directives are unclear, and expectations are often muddled.

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Minpunten

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
