Where to start? Management here are incredibly poor at their job. Certain upper managers seem to have a "staff are disposable" mindset. Constant rotating door of staff. Enough that they have 2 full time trainers, who train a new group every 2nd week each. The Clients aren't happy with the company as with an almost constantly new workforce, many mistakes keep happening. Rather than making an effort to keep current staff, they pander to new staff until they are out of training. The stark contrast between training and "going live" is incredible. Many people quit fairly quickly once they realise how difficult it is to keep up with KPIs and expectations.

The trainer made the learning very engaging. She made questions a priority and made it very comfortable asking them. The learning material was a lot but very necessary.
