Pluspunten

- no one really seemed to care what we did so there is no micromanaging - nice cup and socks as a welcome gift - we were forced to sign a document that we should be working from home, so for some people it will be positive to have the work from home

Minpunten

- the company is very disorganised - we would get contradicting info from the company on a daily basis e.g. one day they would say that they accepted my holidays, right before holidays they'd say that I took too many holidays so I need to cancel some, then they would admit that actually they had miscounted them so it's ok - very stressful to work in such an environment - team leaders not knowing what the job is about and what their agents actually do - when we were laid off, the company said that it did not depend on them, even though in the meantime they hired cheaper workforce in Greece and Cyprus.

Pluspunten

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Minpunten

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
