The only challenge I’ve faced is the travel policy; flying to locations other than the base (DXB) is only allowed once per quarter even if it stays within the same budget. Increasing this flexibility would make the policy more aligned with what other consulting firms offer.

The management is very weak, lacks professionalism, and does not apply fair or transparent processes. There is a clear culture of favoritism, where personal relationships play a major role in hiring and promotions. In some cases, family members are hired and promoted over more qualified and experienced colleagues, which negatively impacts team morale and motivation. Hard work, skills, and performance are often overlooked, while decisions are made based on connections rather than merit. This creates an unhealthy work environment and limits any real career growth for employees who are not part of these inner circles. Overall, the company needs serious management reform, clear HR policies, and a fair performance-based system to become a healthy place to work.
