Thank you for your review although naturally I am disappointed to hear your feedback. We are certainly not perfect but one of the things we always try to do is to listen to our people. Over the years, that has a proven a very effective way to become a better company. We recently released a video and training programme about our performance philosophy with specific attention on what we expect from our managers. The first point on this was 'we never rule by power or fear but instead empower people to deliver their best work'. Fourth is fuelled by collaboration with people all over the company genuinely invested in making everything we do a success.
