Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and pointing out our team spirit as well our 'grown up' approach to working. In 2017, we increased our minimum holiday entitlement to 25 days in the UK with the option to buy 3 more days and increase further through years of service. We also have expanded the House of Excellence, our learning and development programme to allow people to learn new skills. In this way we can develop more internal talent rather than hire in short-term consultants.
