Great team that work very hard to keep the customer happy

Minpunten

Bad training have only been taught how to use the system, not been taught how to trouble shoot customer issue. Outdate software, not very user friendly. Only compatible with Internet Explore 11?! Bad management. Numerous occasion where team members suggest problem or positive resolution to management and nothing is done to improve this. Bad train

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. I know sometimes it feels like a bit of steep curve and there's lots to learn but stick with it and the knowledge will come.
