Fractal has a great pool of talent and the delivery teams are pretty strong

There is absolutely no management at all. Someone has mentioned it's a family run business and that's exactly what it is. If something goes right, the Client Partners are quick to take credit and if something goes wrong, blame everything and everyone around them. It's a shame really, the entire CP list needs to come down from their high horse and actually contribute.

Nothing. Its a place where you can learn how to play politics and ruin other's careers.

1. No value of good talent 2. CEO has no vision and all the CPOs and executive leadership will blindly follow his directive 3. This company has become like a cult with only a select few getting all the benefits despite of poor performance 4. What matters is making noise/showing how busy you are without actually delivering anything 5. Client Partners do not meet the clients and 90% of the times work out of home but will expect the team members to work out of client office 5 days a week
