Avoid all startups founded by Fragcolor's Italian founder. He is, without a doubt, the worst person, business owner, manager, and colleague you could ever encounter in your career. The previous reviews, while accurate, have actually been quite generous. Working with this individual has been the most negative experience of my life, and I’m sure others who have left or been laid off would agree. I am confident that none of his ventures will succeed, and if you join him, you'll only be dragged down with him into a dark hole.

It's a one man company where everybody follow orders. The founder is onto everything and only able to micromanage and make people feel stupid. If you ask questions or raise any concern, you will only get sarcastic answers from him publicly. People at the office are treated very poorly, they're even yelled at, but nobody has the courage to speak up. Employees (generally very young with only few years of professional experience) complain secretly on Discord among them and so the founder doesn't have any idea how bad the feeling is around him. The very foundation of the whole vision is, in the end, not clear to anybody. So, they keep slightly pivoting every now and then to adjust with technology and investors' expectations, making it very confusing for everyone in every role in the company. Nobody really understands what the founder has in mind, so things go very slow, people are not aligned and it's taking years to deliver anything at all. Not surprised they're struggling to raise capital. The impression is more like the founder doesn't really want the company to really take off and grow at some point. It feels more like he just wants it to stay afloat with enough money from investors to get by and pay his expensive life. Otherwise it's not clear where the money go, since almost all are junior profiles, so likely with low salaries and there is almost zero infrastructure to maintain and pay for. Someone got fired two weeks before his wedding day without any previous conversation. It's an toxic environment not worth anyone's time and effort.
