Everyone just clocks in and clocks out like zombies. No one says hi to you even if you've been working there for years. The company is very corporate and not friendly at all. Its a dog eat dog world with them. They treat you like you are replaceable and if you speak up about any concerns they will make you out to be the bad guy. They have a culture of tight nitch white woman leading the pack and if you rub them the wrong way they get rid of you like if you never mattered. People are so unhappy there and they gossip like crazy. DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA! Also don't expect to have a life outside of work because they squeeze the life out of you with forcing overtime every week and crazy deadlines!!! If the AC breaks they expect you to work through the 90 plus heat in the office. Sweat shop much?
