The firm is extremely mismanaged. Morale is always low. There is an attempt to have concern for employees who is actually in the office only 2 days a month. Complaints result in finger pointing and partners blaming middle management who then blame paralegals who then blame admin team. The attempt at IT is ridiculous with many disruptions in email, client contact, and even trying to open a new window to get your work done. Productivity is then reduced by the time it takes inbetween filling out each page if form. Client managers are beyond their limit is workload and helping train. Attorneys are too new to know their own jobs so client fees are slashed to make up all the mistakes. They use temps to try to bandaid actual work but most work is done outside US by legal processing factories.
