Great people overall. The managers and partners are pretty understanding of their staff and try hard to make the work environment a pleasant and enjoyable one. It's an entrepreneurial environment which means there are opportunities if you go for them. Effort and passion are definitely recognized here, and the firm does have more of a family feel to it than some other places where you might just be a number; a good alternative to any big 4 firm.
