Great place to develop accounting skills and challenge oneself in an environment that encourages learning and growth. Transparency is provided from Partner level all the way down, and one of the few places I've worked where it truly feels as though feedback is taken into consideration when discussing changes to job/working environment
Minpunten
Only cons relate to the industry of public accounting - there are busy periods that are unavoidable - comes with the territory. However, the firm does an excellent job of trying to mitigate the negatives associated with busy season and encourages work-life balance whenever deadlines are not time-sensitive.
