      Pluspunten

      You get a decent uniform allowance. Not alot of foot traffic therefore not a lot of work.

      Minpunten

      Minimum wage, No Benefits, The corporate side of the business is run by alot of older people who don't really know how to adjust to current times. They are interested in Saving money rather than making money. No growth within the company. Whatever you get hired for is probably all you will get to be.

      Pluspunten

      Clothing allowance is decent. Staff is very down to earth and chill.

      Minpunten

      Minimum wage job, no commission, no benefits, (benefits are for full time and full time is only for managers) Seems to be a cultural disconnect from the US location and the EU locations, Alot of downtime during the week. Sometimes the weekends can be slow as well. No opportunity to move up in the company since all offices are in the UK.
