The products are fun to work with but I have bills to pay and a family to think of. This might be a good place for someone just out of school who doesn’t need to make that much and is not interested in growth opportunities.
Minpunten
Not really sure what the future holds for the company. Lots of crisis always going on with finances, turn over, and issues that are facing the company as a whole. The compensation and benefits are not that great. The profit sharing is not as it was described to me during the negotiation process. I was given a compensation calculator that showed a huge upside to taking less pay and participating in profit sharing. There is a nerd frat boy mentality with a good punch of arrogance that is always present and comes from the top. One of my co-workers said that the owners seem like the kids in high school who everyone made fun of and now they bully employees just to get revenge. One of the owners throws little plastic material all over and acts like a child while the CEO just laughs at him. Most employees are looking around or open to new opportunities. I feel like they know this and just don’t care which is also concerning.
