Pluspunten
I loved my coworkers at Freeman; they're what got me through the long years I spent there. I learned a wide variety of skills in many different areas, mostly out of necessity, because we were so short-staffed. Everything else was a completely awful experience and I would not wish it on anyone.
Minpunten
The pay is abysmal and the benefits are sub-par. Nepotism is rampant here and it shows in the wide skill gaps between employees, especially between management and their direct reports. Upper management doesn't care about anything but their own personal gain, and they will throw anyone under the bus to further themselves, no matter their target's work ethic or performance history. Despite thorough documentation and willingness to own my actions, I was targeted repeatedly by my (incompetent) manager and chosen to be the fall guy for their mistakes. HR here is especially ruthless, although I've heard it's been a little bit better within the past couple of years. It's a 24/7 environment, so you'd think they'd incentivize you to stay with more positives.
