biggest complaint is transparency - of which there is none. management continually fails to guide expectations and only holds company meetings in ad-hoc infrequent sessions (2 so far in the history of the company, of which one occurred after they dismissed a large percentage of staff) no career progression, difficult to communicate with a large percentage of staff, very tumultuous and unstable environment. the biggest drawback is the lack of mentors who are interested in your personal and career growth.
