The only pros which I noticed was quite a few friendly colleagues , apart from this everything is worst here.
Minpunten
In starting few months only, I was pushed to worked on items entirely different from what mentioned in the JD , which prompted me to leave the organization within short span as I don't wanted to destroy my career. Bootlicking is the essential skill required for any position and role here This organization does not believe in work-life balance, also the workplace is highly micromanaged and toxic , which will severely affect your productivity and health. Lastly, HR department is good for nothing and will always side with management whatever maybe the case.So, there is literally no real greviance redressal mechanism.
