Pluspunten

Hybrid working - even if it's 3 days on site, a lot of companies no longer offer this!! Flexible with working hours if you've spent time outside of your required hours - although I may have been lucky with my managers. Yearly and performance based bonuses/awards - loved this for team morale. Mostly genuine people who care about their colleagues/team reaching goals and are excited about company developments.

Minpunten

Long hours and conflicting priorities between departments. Tend to repeat old patterns. Limited investment in professional/career development.

There is a lot of opportunity for growth and the company is growing and expanding daily. The technology and advancements are fascinating and the leadership is always open to new ideas. Everyone is helpful and collaborative

Time zone differences can be difficult to manage if you have poor time management skills

Terrible management, the company was always strapped for cash but upper management was completely manic so they would make wild hires and then start firing people because they had no money. Any revenue is tied to one huge client so when they inevitably pull the plug on this experiment the company will fail.
