- Micromanagement - Lack of transparency with employees and customers - Poor management and customer service - High turnover - CEO is a dictator, cheap, unrealistic, rude, and screams at his employees and customers all the time! - Inflexible working hours! They want you to work all the time basically. - Management is not willing to invest in their employees. They do not provide any health benefits, 401K, and paying low salaries below market rates! - Software is old school and customers are not willing to pay the extra fees - Management doesn’t want to grow the business and improve their service offerings, which sucks anyways! - No opportunities for a career growth - One of the worst companies out there! Looks elsewhere and do NOT waste your time in Freightgate! - There are way better companies out there.
